When you purchase an Alfa product you are covered by our Alfa warranty. If an accident comes on your way, we don´t want it to hold you down.
Rods
We grant a five year warranty for Alfa rods in case of material and manufacturing defects. However if something goes wrong with your rod during the first year from purchase, we will ask no questions and fix the problem. During the rest four years we will replace the broken part with a reasonable cost to the customer. Customer satisfaction means a great deal to us and therefore we are always seeking to solve our customers´ problems as soon as possible.
Waders and Jackets
When you buy an Alfa waders or jacket, we will grant a two year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. 30 Day “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” Wader and Jacket Exchange. If one of our waders or jackets leaks within 30 days of the purchase date, bring it back to the dealer you bought it from. Present your sales receipt, and we will replace it, no questions asked.
Reels
Hatch reels are protected with a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
Here is how it works:
- 1. Print a Copy of our Service form and fill it out.
- 2. Attach a Copy of Your Original Receipt to the Service Form.
- 3. Send the Broken Product Directly to Us with the Filled up Service Form and a Copy of the Original Receipt.
